Our mission is simple: To partner and work with people with intellectual disabilities and to provide them with a life of possibilities. But it isn't as simple as it sounds. We don't just provide the basic needs to live, but the basic needs to help them pursue a life of happiness. Happiness on their terms.

We start by getting to know them, really getting to know each and every one. Learning about the different and often fragmented pieces of their lives by taking those pieces and fitting them together to give them a complete life and by helping them define their own happiness. We ask them how they would like to spend their days – what would they be happy doing – and working with them to make it happen. We provide them with choices that every person has a right to make – a choice of home, room, roommates and community. We empower them to work and live and be surrounded by friends.

Everything we do supports people with intellectual disabilities on their journey to a life of happiness and fulfillment. A life of possibilities.
